Hello Backers,
Our Backer Kit rep has created this link to help with log-in issues. If you are having trouble logging in to your account, or you're receiving an "account not found" message, please use this link. Also, we've seen many backers using multiple email accounts so make sure you're using the right one you used when backing the campaign.

Also, we have not unlocked the pay-for-shipping option because Backer Kit defaulted to a single shipping rate which for some orders came out extremely high. We are working with them to revise these rates. Please stay tuned.

Hi All. We see there's an issue with logging into accounts at backerkit.com. Please hold tight as we work through this issue. We will send a communication to advise when this is resolved and you can go in and access your account/orders.

Exciting news, dear backers! War is upon us!
The War of the Aetherblade wave is getting ready to ship! So it's time to log into Backer Kit and confirm your order AND that your shipping address is correct.
IMPORTANT! To ensure a smooth delivery, please follow these simple steps:
1) Log in to your Backer Kit account (we've created one for everyone!). If you're a first-time user of Backer Kit, simply enter your email and reset your password to access your account.
2) Confirm the product you ordered is listed correctly. If you have an issue, please email us immediately at [email protected]. This is the LAST CHANCE to fix any issues.
3) Confirm or update your address in your Backer Kit Account
4) Pay for your shipping. Backer Kit will charge all accounts for shipping by the end of the week so please please please log in and confirm ASAP.
ALSO IMPORTANT: Please check your spam folder to make sure you received the survey email we sent previously. If you never filled out a survey to choose your pledge rewards, check your email or spam folder. We don't want anyone to miss out! This will be your FINAL chance to claim your product.

Update on Campaign Rewards
The War of the Aetherblade figure wave shipment is riding the waves, traveling across the Pacific Ocean to California. (Let’s wish them all a hearty welcome!) And let’s hope those Orcs behave themselves and clear customs without any problems! If all goes to plan, they will be put on a rail car and off to the distribution center and remain on track to be in your hands in late March.
We are collaborating with BackerKit now to combine all orders (Forge Founder & Kickstarter) and begin to collect shipping payments. Once you pay your shipping, we will ship you the rewards! You will be hearing from us shortly on this.
If you were part of the Forge Founder campaign (lucky!) and are like, “Hey, I don’t have a BackerKit account...” don’t worry, we are making an account for you! When BackerKit is set up, we will send you an email to let you know to log in. You’ll simply go to BackerKit and enter your email and reset your password. Once you reset your password, you’ll be able to view your entire order, update your shipping address and contact information, and pay for shipping.
If you backed the Kickstarter campaign AND you also backed the Forge Founder campaign, you will be able to see both of these orders combined on BackerKit very soon. We will send you an email letting you know when the merge is complete and you will be able to view your entire order, update your address, and pay for shipping.

We are so close we can taste your creative ideas!
The team is currently debugging the customizer to ensure that everything runs smoothly for when it arrives in your able character-creating hands. Soon you’ll be able to do your own creating, but in the meantime, here is a first look at some of what you can do inside the customizer.

Hello Backers. Great news to kick off the weekend. The WOA wave of action figures have left the factory and are on their way to the port to set sail - destination us!
Over the next few weeks we will be doing the following:
1) Consolidating all Forge Founder and Kickstarter orders together on Backer Kit so you will see your orders all in 1 place
2) Calculating the final shipping costs of your items
3) Asking you to update your address on Backer Kit
4) Rectifying any issues with current orders through customer service outreach
5) Preparing to drop ship to you
