Mythic Legions Tactics - WOA Rewards Shipping Update

We wanted to give everyone an update on the shipping of the physical rewards (figures, maps, coins, etc.) from the Mythic Legions Tactics campaigns:
As you likely know, the team from Four Horsemen Studios is handling the shipping of these items, while we manage the payments and logistics. The shipping team has gotten about half of the orders sent out now, and they hope to have the bulk of the remaining orders which have paid for shipping sent out this coming week.
Regarding order issues – we do know that some fans received a wrong item (like a Female Elf instead of a Female Orc) or were missing items they believe they should have received (including signatures on their 2-pack set). We will get these issues resolved. Once all orders have shipped, we will tackle these customer service issues. If you believe you have an issue, please email us at [email protected]. We are compiling a list of order issues so we can address them all at once. Please do not contact the 4H customer service email for issues specific to these Tactics figures. We will be the ones to help you out.
Regarding our customer service email, as expected we have been a bit bombarded with questions and emails the past few weeks and we’ve gotten a bit behind on those. Rest assured those have been received and we are adding resources as needed to ensure we get to all of them.
We know this hasn’t been the best experience for Backers, and we honestly feel horrible about that. We’ve put in a lot of work behind the scenes to do our best for loyal Legionnaires and new fans alike, and unfortunately, we’ve come up short of expectations.
We’re working hard to make sure we deliver a better experience for fans moving forward, and we will do what we can to fix any issues that have arisen so far.

WOA Shipping Charge Update - Let's Go!

Dear Backers,
The long wait for the War of the Aetherblade wave is almost over!
We know that you have been waiting patiently for its arrival, and we want to thank you for your continued support, communication, and understanding throughout this crowdfunding campaign. We know it’s been very different from the pre-order campaigns run directly by the Four Horsemen that many of you are used to.
We have some news to share on the shipping front and wanted to be transparent about the information. As you know the shipping delays have been quite a challenge, here's why... Two weeks after our freight was picked up and started making its way over to the US our fulfillment company, Funagain Games & Logistics, informed us that they were going out of business. They were an industry leader in helping small companies with an idea & a dream to fulfill Kickstarter campaigns. Those who frequently back Kickstarter campaigns might be familiar with them. Unfortunately, the repercussions of the pandemic had taken their toll. This was unexpected and has caused us some significant scrambling and unexpected costs that we've been working through to ensure your product arrives safely in your hands as soon as possible. It’s literally been ships, trains, and automobiles.
Thankfully, the Four Horsemen have stepped in to help us fulfill these orders, and we are incredibly grateful for their support.
We also understand that some of you have had questions about the shipping costs being different from typical shipments you receive from the Horsemen. We want to clarify the reason for this is that our backend order management and processing partner, BackerKit, calculates the end shipping costs differently than a typical retail storefront would. And, we do not have access to the same discounted rates that a high-volume retailer has. Although the Horsemen are helping us to ensure that your orders are delivered to you, we are unable to use their volume shipping discounts because we are on different backend systems. They have worked with us both logistically AND contributed financially to minimize the final shipping cost to you as much as possible.
Also, as typical in Kickstarter and other crowdfunding campaigns, the total shipping charges are included at the end to ensure backers pay the most accurate rate. If you remember from 2 years ago when we ran this campaign, global freight shipping costs were at record highs so luckily it has come back to a somewhat normal rate today.
As for the timeline, you should have already received an email from BackerKit letting you know the shipping amount that will be automatically charged. Once your card is validated, your order will be sent to Four Horsemen Studios to pack n ship. If your card was declined, or you have not entered a valid shipping address and phone number, please update now.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time, and we apologize for any frustration and inconvenience this may have caused. We know you're excited to receive your product, and we want to assure you that we are working very hard to get it to you as soon as possible. Again, we can't thank the Horsemen enough for their continued support and help to ensure that their community is well served. They are truly awesome! We couldn't have done it without you, and we can't wait for you to experience the excitement and adventure of Mythic Legions Tactics: War of the Aetherblade.

Hello Backers,
Please continue to bear with us as we work with BackerKit to finalize the shipping costs and get this product out to you. We are working with the BackerKit team to make tweaks to our account so we can get you the lowest cost possible. This is taking extra time but will be worth it. Please continue to be patient as we will have this fixed very soon.

We plan to start shipping products very soon. This week you will receive an email from BackerKit notifying you when they will be charging cards for shipping and begin fulfillment.
